Challenge

Sales teams needed a sophisticated design tool that felt approachable. The tool needed to be usable by power user planners, and by sales users in video and in-person sales calls.

Utilising 2 modes, one for sales and one for advanced planning users. To enable a simpler refined view for customer facing moments, without hindering the power users. Loading directly from the customer/order in the CRM (Salesforce).

Designed a full-screen immersive interface with guided workflows. Leveraged AI tools to generate multiple design variations quickly. Built extensive prototype in Figma to validate interaction patterns.
