Overview

Enpal's surfaces run from consumer marketing to dense internal software: one brand, very different contexts. New products needed a system from day one, and design decisions needed to land in code without loss. The design family answers both: Enpal DS as the shared parent layer (colour ramps, typography, spacing, radii), with NEMO (mobile), VERSO (consumer marketing web) and FOLIO (dense, task-focused software UI) built on top. I initiated it, designed it, and built the delivery end to end.

  • 170+ design tokens across primitive and semantic layers, generated as CSS, JSON and Figma Variables from one source
  • 25+ documented components and 11 product patterns, light and dark throughout
  • A React/shadcn registry and an Ant Design theme generated from the same tokens
  • AI-first documentation: each system ships a markdown brief that drops straight into AI coding workflows
  • Versioned releases with a changelog, plus documentation paths for designers, developers and product teams
